The chef Alejo Waissman, who has succesfully gained experience in the best kitchens of the world, chooses the ingredients used in his dishes with great care. A wide variety of wines from very different vineries is also offered in both restaurants: more than 30 red wines and 18 white wines.
Sottovoce- which means ‘whisper’ in Italian- is not just a restaurant, but is also an attractive and interesting place to enjoy an exquisite bar, a beautiful and delicately decorated dining room or an unique view of the Río de la Plata.
In both bars, our speciality is the “Bellini”, made of the pulp of fresh white peaches and Champagne, excellent to whet one´s appetite.
Our best specialities are Pasta, Fresh Fish and the tasteful Gelati, influences of Cipriani, Arzac y Rodríguez Pardo.
